The experience was mixed. the themed room was fun and spacious, making it enjoyable for the kids, but the overall condition could use improvement as there were cleanliness issues and some awkward rules about visitors. Despite these downsides, it added a unique touch to our vacation.

i absolutely loved my stay at wildwood inn! the safari theme was perfect for my personality. the jacuzzi was amazing and really relaxing. having our own privacy in individual huts made it even better. it’s conveniently located near cincinnati sports venues and features a stunning hot spa with a melting glacier waterfall.

The Wildwood Inn has a charming dome area with a nice pool and waterfall that my kids enjoyed. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the nearby murals gave the space a unique character. I loved that the staff were friendly throughout our stay and tried to accommodate our needs. However, the rooms desperately need updates. The mattress felt old and uncomfortable. it felt like I was sleeping on the box springs. I noticed some cleanliness issues that can’t be overlooked. The carpet looked dirty, and I was cautious about the linens. The air conditioning worked, but it was a bit noisy. Breakfast options were limited, and the dining area felt cramped. I was disappointed that the hot tub was closed for repairs despite my expectations from the pictures. My family might have enjoyed the space more with better maintenance and renovations. It’d be worth a revisit if they improve the room conditions.

Wildwood Inn was a delightful surprise with a few local gems nearby! We indulged in scrumptious sandwiches at Penn Station East Coast Subs just down the road and snagged sweet treats from Paradise Donuts. The hotel had a chill picnic area which was perfect for lunch under the sun. Our room was cozy and clean, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating!

We stayed for 2 nights in a King Room and loved having our own hut with a Jacuzzi that was just perfect! The pool and hot tub were fun and relaxing, but the hot tub was packed every time we tried to jump in. A small tip for parents, keep an eye on kids at the pool. it’s a blast, but can get a little rowdy. 😊

Just a great fit for a short visit in Florence with definitely value for money. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible and unprofessional, making for a frustrating stay. Be cautious about the management's rules—it was inconsistent and seemed arbitrary.

The pool and hot tub were clean, providing a nice spot to relax. Unfortunately, the hallways were dirty, and I noticed some cleanliness issues in the themed room we stayed in. Additionally, the odd policy of not allowing visitors during our stay felt quite strange. The location, however, had some decent dining options nearby that we enjoyed.
